Fuerteventura: Artisan Goat’s Cheese Making at Local Farm
1.Artisan Goat’s Cheese Making at Local Farm
Spend 2.5 hours on a traditional Fuerteventura goat farm with guides including Elaine and Helen. Learn hand and machine milking, feed goats, make fresh Majorero cheese, enjoy a Canarian breakfast, and vacuum-pack your own labeled cheese to take home. The small group is limited to 10 people, with English and Spanish guidance.

“After an early start and a welcoming coffee the whole experience was worth it. The small international group were put to work with feeding, herding and learning how to milk the goats by hand and machine. We then continued with our cheese making and fully deserved breakfast whilst our cheeses set. Our guide Elaine was very informative throughout the process and provided us with some excellent local recommendations for visits and restaurants. Everyone went away with their own kilo of cheese ready to share with family and friends.”
